1. สินค้ารับประกัน 12 เดือน ระยะเวลาในการรับประกันเริ่มนับจากวันที่ในใบกำกับภาษี/ใบเสร็จรับเงิน เท่านั้น
2. การรับประกันครอบคลุมเฉพาะ ระบบการควบคุม มอเตอร์ขับเคลื่อน หน้าจอสัมผัส ที่เกิดจากความบกพร่องในการผลิต ไม่รวมถึงความเสียหายและการเสื่อมสภาพ ที่เกิดจากการใช้งาน เช่น คราบเรซิน แตกหัก ร้าว ฉีกขาด
3.สินค้าที่เสียหายจากการใช้งานผิดประเภท อยู่นอกเหนือการรับประกัน
4. การเคลมสินค้า
สินค้าของบริษัทจะผ่านการตรวจสอบมาตรฐานทั้งจากโรงงานผู้ผลิตและทาง ซิงค์ อินโนเวชั่น ตัวแทนจำหน่าย อีกครั้งก่อนส่งมอบทุกครั้ง
4.1 สินค้าเสียหายตั้งแต่การจัดส่งหรือ Dead On Arrival (DOA) จะเปลี่ยนได้ต่อเมื่อลูกค้ามีการถ่ายวีดีโอเก็บภาพตั้งแต่แกะกล่อง จนพบจุดที่เสียหาย จะเปลี่ยนเครื่องได้ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์งดการเปลี่ยนเครื่องใหม่หากไม่มีหลักฐาน
4.2 สินค้าที่อยู่ในการปรับประกัน หากพบปัญหาการใช้งาน สามารถส่งเข้ามาตรวจสอบได้ที่บริษัท โดยต้องนำส่งสินค้าและกล่องบรรจุ พร้อมรายละเอียดใบรับประกันที่แนบไปพร้อมเครื่อง
4.3 สินค้าที่หมดประกันและต้องการส่งซ่อม สามารถติดต่อทางบริษัทเพื่อสอบถามข้อมูลและราคาในการซ่อมได้ทุกช่องทางของบริษัทฯ
