Fillamentum HIPS

HIPS is perfect for printing support parts. It offers excellent mechanical properties, such as strength, impact resistance, toughness, and heat resistance. This filament is resistant to moisture and water, thus it is ideal for application in long-term contact with hot water.

Moreover, HIPS has great dielectric strength and resistivity properties, meaning it can be used in the production of electrical and electronic equipment. It’s also certified for food contact, which makes it perfect for the food and packaging industry.

During the printing process of HIPS filament, small quantities of styrene are released into the atmosphere.

3D Printing conditions

Nozzle temperature ;  230 – 250 ˚C
Build plate temperature ; 90 – 105 ˚C
