Warranty Policy

Products sold by the company are covered by a 3-12 month warranty, depending on the brand, using genuine spare parts from the manufacturer.

⚠️ Note: The warranty does not cover travel expenses for on-site repairs or return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for these expenses.

Resin Printers

Warranty Exclusions

No proof of purchase from the company.
Damage from usage, such as torn film, resin leakage, or printing material failing to adhere to the base, resulting in damage to other parts.
Self-disassembly of the machine leading to damaged parts/equipment.
Presence of oxidation, chips, cracks, or breakage on machine parts/equipment.
Improper usage, such as exceeding normal operating temperatures (above 30°C), humidity, or dust.
Damage from accidents, natural disasters (floods, fire), electrical surges, or damage from animals/insects.
Modification of the machine, firmware upgrades not provided by the manufacturer, or use of unsupported parts/parts not sourced from the manufacturer will immediately void the warranty.

Out-of-Warranty Products

Products outside the warranty period are those not purchased directly from the company.
For out-of-warranty products, a minimum inspection fee applies before repair approval. Please contact our service department or Line@ for information.
Labor costs for repairing out-of-warranty products are separate from the initial inspection labor fee.
The company reserves the right to refuse repair or inspection.

Claim Process

Please report the issues encountered to our service department to receive basic troubleshooting guidance or to schedule sending the machine for repairs/part replacements at our office.
